Ready to Apply for Membership in WACHE?

*Please Note – We are no longer accepting new membership applications for the 2024 spring semester. All applications received will be processed in the order they are received beginning May 1st for the 24-25 school year.

Follow these steps!

***NEW MEMBERS: PLease do not pay your membership fees until your membership has been approved***
  1.  Make sure you have read “What We Believe” and “Requirements for Membership” and you agree with both before filling out the application.
  2. Fill out the WACHE Membership Application below (make sure to enter an email address you actually use and check often).  **Be sure to mark whether you want a Level 1 or Level 2 Membership on your registration form.
  3. After your form is submitted, our WACHE Board will review your application and check any necessary references.  Our membership director will notify you once the board pre-approves your application (pending background check).
  4. Once the board pre-approves your application, our membership director will submit a request to our background check company, VeriFYI, for background checks.  You will receive an email for each adult member in your family, with links to complete a background check.  This must be done before your application can be fully processed.  The background checks are $9.95 each, and and that is paid directly to the background check company.
  5. After receiving a clear background check, our membership director will notify you by email that your membership has been approved for WACHE.
  6. In order to accept membership into WACHE, and complete the membership process, you will then submit your $50 Non-Refundable Yearly Membership Fee through Paypal. 
  7. These steps must be completed each year to renew your membership.  The only exception is that the background checks do not have to be completed yearly – they must be completed once every 3 years.

 

Returning Members – Membership Renewal

  2. Fill out the WACHE Membership Application below (make sure to enter an email address you actually use and check often).**Be sure to mark whether you want a Level 1 or Level 2 Membership on your registration form.
  3. Submit your $50 Non-Refundable Yearly Membership Fee through Paypal.
  4. Once every 3 years you will need to complete a background check for each of the adult members in your family.  Our membership director will reach out to you and send you links for this if it is your year to do this. 
  5. Once the board has reviewed your application, we will notify you by email when your membership has been renewed.

*Please Note – New Member Enrollment will be temporarily closed from November 1, 2023 – January 22, 2024.  Any new membership forms submitted during this time period will be placed in a queue and begin processing on January 23, 2024, in the order of their submission.
